摘要 高速公路下穿既有铁路在施工中存在不少难题,施工不当易产生路基塌陷、钢轨沉降等事故,极大影响主体结构的可靠性以及行车安全。以仁新高速丹霞枢纽互通四孔并行大跨框构桥下穿韶赣铁路为例,对顶进施工技术进行研究,通过采用钢花管路基注浆、钢便梁施工、路基加固等措施,控制顶进施工过程中铁路路基沉降在规定范围内,以确保施工安全。 There are many serious problems in the construction of the existing railway crossing under the highway. Due to improper construction,the roadbed collapse and rail settlement are caused by accidents,which greatly affect the reliability of the main structure and the safety of driving. Taking the four-hole parallel large-span frame bridge of Danxia junction of Renxin expressway crossing under Shaogan railway as the research object,studying on jacking construction technology,controlling the settlement of railway subgrade in the course of jacking construction to ensure construction safety by the means of steel pipe subgrade grouting,steel beam construction,subgrade reinforcement and other measures.
