浅析系杆拱桥锚头锈蚀渗水原因与防护处理

Research on the Reason and Protective Treatment of Corrosion and Seepage of Tied-arch Bridge Anchor Head

通过某系杆拱桥锚头专项检查,发现主要有锚头锈蚀和渗水两种病害,并分析了病害原因。鉴于运营过程中对此类桥型进行检查和养护工作的不便,提出采用可拆卸的密封式不锈钢防水罩作为主要的防护体系,定期打开锚头检查并及时除锈、填充防腐油脂。同时,增设滴水檐和掺入水泥基渗透结晶型掺合剂的混凝土防护平台作为次要的防护体系。通过工程实践,验证了该方法可以有效延长吊杆的使用寿命。

Through a special inspection of anchor head of a tied-arch bridge,two main diseases were discovered,which were corrosion and seepage of anchor head,the causes were analyzed. In view of the inconvenience of inspection and maintenance of the tied-arch bridge during operation,the main protection system which use removable and sealed stainless steel waterproof cover is put forward,the anchor head is opened to inspect and added preservative oil regularly. At the same time,the addition of drip eaves and the concrete protection platform mixed with cement admixture in infiltration crystalline forms are the secondary protection system. Through engineering practice,it is proved that this method can effectively extend the service life of the derrick.
