基于GRA-CV的非洲西海岸主要港口竞争力评价研究

Competitive Evaluation of Seaports Along African West Coastline Based on GRA-CV

在分析港口竞争力影响因素的基础上,结合非洲实际情况,构建非洲西海岸港口竞争力评价指标体系;采用变异系数法(CV)和灰色关联度分析法(GRA)相结合的评价方法,对非洲西海岸22个主要海港进行评价和排序。结果显示:投资和运营拉各斯港、卡萨布兰卡港等竞争力强的港口应为中资企业的优先选择。研究可以为中资企业在非洲进一步开展港口合作,如选择投资对象等决策时提供参考依据。

Based on the analysis of factors affecting the competitiveness of the seaport,this paper uses Coefficient of Variance（ CV） and Grey Relational Analysis（ GRA） to evaluate and rank the 22 ports of the west coast of Africa. The results show that the priority choices for chinese enterprises investment and operation are Lagos port and Casablanca port. The research can be decision-making support to those chinese enterprises who have plan to invest in seaports along African west coastline.
