摘要 为有效提升连申线航道整治工程施工安全管理水平,在分析该航道整治工程施工安全管理现状的基础上,提出了科学全面的施工安全管理指标体系。基于层次分析基本理论,以所提出的施工安全管理指标体系为依据,建立了以目标层、准则层及因素层为主的递阶层次结构模型,进而通过专家咨询法构造了判断矩阵,最终通过数学方法计算得到了指标权重集。通过对各指标权重的分析,使同一体系下各指标得以量化,为更加有效地进行施工安全管理提供了理论支撑。 To improve the safety management level of Lian-shen waterway regulation project,based on the full analysis of the Lian-shen waterway regulation engineering construction safety management,a scientific and comprehensive index system of construction safety management was established. Based on the analytic hierarchy process and the index system of construction safety management,hierarchical structural model which include target layer,criterion layer and factors layer was established.Based on expert consultation method,a construct judgment matrix was established. And the index weight set was obtained by mathematical method. Through the analysis of the index weight,the indexes were quantified under the same system. At the same time,effectively theoretical support was provided for construction safety management.
