超声在周围神经病变中的应用进展

Application progress of ultrasound in evaluating peripheral neuropathy

周围神经病变主要包括创伤性周围神经损伤、神经卡压、神经感染及肿瘤。超声具有实时、无创、经济等特点,已广泛应用于周围神经病变的检查。本文就周围神经超声的诊断基础及其临床应用进行综述。

Peripheral neuropathy mainly includes traumatic nerve injuries,entrapment neuropathies,infective lesions and tumors.Ultrasound with advantages of real-time,non-invasive,cost-effective,and it has been widely used in peripheral nerve examination. This paper reviews the diagnostic basis and clinical application of peripheral nerve ultrasound.
