Enlightenment of American Scientific and Technological Finance Development Model on Henan Province

河南省科技金融发展过程中存在科技型企业自身实力不够、资本市场运作乏力、多方联动金融服务体系不健全和科技金融专业化服务人才匮乏等问题,通过借鉴美国科技金融发展的成功经验,提出了河南省科技金融的发展对策,比如提高科技企业自身的研发实力、完善多层次资本市场融资体系建设、构建以"政府引导监督、金融主导培育和中介服务支持"三位一体的多方联动科技金融服务体系和构建完善的科技金融专业人才队伍等,希望可以促进河南省高科技产业与金融快速融合,促进高科技产业的发展。

In the course of the development of scientific and technological finance in Henan Province, there are some problems such as lack of strength of science and technology in enterprises, imperfect multi party financial service system, sluggish capital market operation and lack of specialized service personnel for science and technology. Based on successful experience of scientific and technological finance in the U nited States, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the development of scientific and technological finance in Henan province, such as improving their own R ＆ D capabilities of science and technology enterprises, improving multi level capital market financing system construction, building a Trinity of multi party linkage technology Financial service system with ＂government guidance and supervi sion, financial leadership and intermediary service support＂ and strengthening the contingent of profession als in science, technology and finance, hoping to promote the rapid integration of high tech industries and finance in Henan Province and promote the development of high tech industries.
