地下实验室建设阶段科研试验管理模式探索

Discussion on Management Model of Field Test in Underground Research Laboratory Construction

地下实验室建设阶段施工与科研试验交叉进行,现场科研试验管理十分重要。通过调研国外地下实验室并结合北山坑探设施工程管理经验,对现场科研试验管理特点进行全面分析,提出了地下实验室建设阶段现场科研试验管理组织架构,建立现场科研试验全过程、全方位管理体系,并研究了现场科研试验主要管理内容,对保障现场科研试验质量有重要意义。

Field scientific tests will be made during the construction of underground research laboratory, management on field scientific testsis very important. A survey was made on the characteristics of field tests management refering to management experience in Beishan exploration Tunnel and toreign underground research laboratory. This paper put forwards the organization frame of field tests management and established an all-round system of field tests management. The main management content of field tests was also disserted. All the study will provide important reference to ensure the quality of field tests.
