摘要
从《论语·为政》中记载的孔子关于君子、人才培养的要求——"君子不器"出发,结合职业教育中学生发展核心素养的内涵,解读孔子育人观及其与职业教育学生核心素养培养要求的相通之处。在此基础上,以"君子不器"中蕴含的注重人文底蕴和综合能力素质培养的教育思想为指导精神,分别从培养目标、课程建设、校园活动和学习成果评价体系四个方面对职业教育中学生核心素养的培育路径进行了探讨。
According to what is recorded in The Analects of Confucius that a gentleman's ability is not confined to one aspect and considering the real meaning of core literacy,it is feasible to understand what is in common between Confucius' view of education and demands on core literacy cultivation proposed in vocational education. On this basis,it is necessary to follow the spiritual guide by Confucius' words,discuss the methods we promote the core literacy cultivation in vocational education in terms of educational objectives,course construction,campus activities and evaluation system for learning outcomes.
