高职酒店管理专业“以赛代考”课程考核模式构建及实践

The Construction and Practice of the Course Evaluation Model of “Competition Substitute for Test” in Higher Vocational Hotel Management Major

高职院校人才培养目标之一是培养学生的实际应用能力。目前高职院校课程教学中的"以赛代考"方式非常适合培养实际应用能力。通过"以赛代考"课程考核模式的构建及实践,提升了高职酒店管理专业学生的实践操作技能,增强了学生的专业能力,为其今后走向工作岗位打下良好的基础,真正实现培养高职酒店管理专业高技能人才的目标。

One of the main objectives of higher vocational college teaching is to train students in practical application ability. At present,the method of ＂Competition Substitute for Test＂ in the teaching of higher vocational colleges is very suitable for training practical application ability. This study,through the construction and practice of ＂Competition Substitute for Test＂ course assessment model,improved the practical operating skills of vocational hotel management students,enhanced the students＇ professional capabilities,and laid a firm foundation for their future career,thus truly realize the goal of cultivating high-skilled personnel in higher vocational hotel management major.
