公益创业——高校大学生公益社团转型发展新路径

Social Entrepreneurship-The New Approach for the Transformation and Development of College Students' Commonweal Associations

高校公益社团的发展在塑造大学生理想人格、推进学生公益组织发展、提升高校德育水平等方面都发挥了积极作用。同时也面临着人员流动性大、专业性不强以及资金匮乏等问题,发展缺乏持续性和明确的目标。公益创业作为一种创新解决社会问题的有效途径,可以作为高校公益社团发展转型的新目标路径。通过扩展传统创业教育、传播公益创业理念;形成完善的商业运营模式、培养内源性发展能力;积极推广项目、获取外在资源支持,多渠道提升公益社团综合能力,最终实现公益创业的蜕变。

The developing commonweal associations in universities play an active role in shaping undergraduate＇s ideal personality,promoting community organizations＇ development at college and,improving the level of moral education. Meanwhile,it is facing challenges such as high staff turnover,lack of expertise,under capitalization.Furthermore,there is deficient in sustainable and clear development goals. As an effective way to solve social problems innovatively,social entrepreneurship can be a new target path for the transformation of commonweal associations in university. It is believed that idea of social entrepreneurship can be spread via expanding traditional entrepreneurial education; endogenous capacity for development can be developed by establishing comprehensive business operation mode; external resource support can be obtained by aggressive promotion program. Integrative competence will eventually be realized vie capability enhancement from various means.
