摘要
研究生导师与辅导员作为德育工作的双重责任教育的人,由于合力育人的意识缺失、角色定位模糊、职责分工不明确等原因,直接影响了德育的育人效果。因此,文章通过对研究生导师与辅导员在德育工作中合力育人现状的分析,提出构建导师与辅导员合力育人机制、提高研究生德育教育水平的合理化建议,以期实现教育效果的最大化,从而全面提升研究生的综合素质。
Graduates supervisor and instructor are two important roles who are responsible for ideological work. Due to the deficiency of combined education,vague roles setting and undefined duty,it directly lead to the effect of college education. Therefore,through the analysis of state of combined education of supervisor and instructor,this paper raises the cultivating system of two parties combined and the reasonable suggestions for graduates ideological education,so as to achieve the maximum of education effect and promote the comprehensive quality.
