高校辅导员与专业课教师协同育人模式探究——基于大学生创新创业教育的视角

Research on Cooperation Education Model Between College Counselors and Specialized Course Teachers——Based on the Perspective of Undergraduates' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

高校大学生创新创业教育是中国经济社会发展的客观要求,也是中国特色社会主义进入新时代,中国教育改革发展的必然趋势。在高校创新创业教育中,高校辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育的核心力量,对大学生创新创业具有重要的影响。专业课教师是大学生专业知识的传授者,可以充分发挥其专业优势,指导和帮助大学生创新创业。作为高校重要的育人主体,高校辅导员和专业课教师需要充分发挥各自的优势,相互配合,取长补短,促进高校人才培养与教育的资源优化整合。因此,大学生创新创业教育需要构建以高校辅导员与专业课教师为核心的协同育人模式。

The innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students is the objectively required by economic and social development in China,and it is also an inevitable trend of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era and the development of Chinese higher educational reform. In college innovation and entrepreneurship education,college counselors,as the core force of college students＇ ideological and political education,have an important impact on students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship. In addition,specialized course teachers,as the disseminators of professional knowledge,could take advantage of specialty and skill to guide and help university students in their innovation and entrepreneurship. As important college educational subjects,college counselors and specialized course teachers need to give fully play to their respective advantages,cooperate with each other and complement on each other,which can integrate and optimize educational information and promote the talents training. Therefore,it is important to build a cooperation education model between college counselors and specialized course teachers for college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurial education.
