抗病广适、鲜食型马铃薯新品种-‘云薯505’

A New Fresh Consumption Potato Variety with Disease Resistance and Wide Adaptability—'Yunshu 505'

鲜食型马铃薯新品种‘云薯505’系云南省农业科学院经济作物研究所与德宏州农业科学研究所,2001年用‘Serrana’作母本、‘Yakhant’作父本,经有性杂交选育而成,2011年通过云南省农作物品种审定委员会审定。该品种中晚熟,冬作生育期80 d左右,大春作生育期110 d左右;块茎扁圆、薯皮略麻、白皮白肉、芽眼浅。产量在30 000~62 000 kg/hm2。干物质含量21.90%,淀粉含量14.70%,还原糖含量0.19%,粗蛋白含量2.36%,维生素C含量28.00 mg/100g鲜薯。‘云薯505’植株抗晚疫病、中抗轻花叶病毒病(PVX)、感重花叶病毒病(PVY)。该品种适宜在云南省滇中、滇西北、滇东北大春作区及马铃薯冬作区推广种植。

＇Yunshu 505＇ is a new fresh consumption potato variety developed from a cross between ＇Serrana＇（female）and ＇Yakhant＇（male） which was made in 2001 by Industrial Crops Institute of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Dehong Agricultural Sciences Research Institute, and was approved for registration by Yunnan Crop Variety Committee in2011. ＇Yunshu 505＇ is a middle late maturing variety, with about 80 d growth duration in winter cropping, and about 110 d in spring cropping. The tuber is oval with slightly rough skin, white skin and white flesh, and shallow eye. The yield is 30 000-62 000 kg/ha, dry matter content is 21.90%, starch 14.70%, reducing sugar 0.19%, crude protein 2.36% and vitamin C 28.00 mg/100 g FW. ＇Yunshu 505＇ is resistant to foliage late blight, moderately resistant to PVX, but susceptible to PVY. It is suitable for planting in middle, northwest and northeast parts of Yunnan Province in spring and winter.
