摘要
为了解决城市停车难的问题,设计了一种桁架式立体车库,并对该车库做了实践教学分析。该立体车库为三轴桁架式机械手结构,采用地埋方式的多层立体停车库,可以提高现有土地资源的利用率,更好发挥高层空间优势。该车库重点设计了桁架式移动装置作为停取车的执行机构,借助X轴、Z轴的移动和绕Y轴的转动实现车辆的车库内移动,该结构运动稳定、操作简单、空间利用率高,同时为机器人专业教学提供实践支持。
In order to solve the problem of city parking, a trussed three-dimensional garage ,and the practice teaching analysis of thegarage. The three-dimensional garage is a three-axis truss manipulator structure. The main structure of the stereo garage adopts the multi-layer stereo parking garage, which can improve the utilization rate of the existing land resources and give full play to the advantage of the up-per space. The trussed moving device is designed as the actuating mechanism of the parking car. The structure is stable in motion, simplein operation, high in space utilization, and has certain economic and management benefits,at the same time, provide practical support forrobot teaching.
