摘要 在列车运行时,大风、线路异物、严重磨损点等不确定因素可能会打破弓网间稳定的接触关系,使拉出值超出安全限度从而导致打弓、断线等安全事故。为提高电气化铁路供电系统的安全性和可靠性,采用非接触式检测手段,利用高速工业相机对弓网进行跟踪拍摄,并在LabVIEW软件中结合图像预处理、边缘提取、直线提取等一系列数字图像处理技术,在列车运行过程中实时提取弓网接触点位置从而获得动态拉出值信息。试验结果表明:该方法能够有效地检测出弓网接触点位置,精确计算动态拉出值,满足电气化铁路工程运营及发展需求。 During the train operation, some uncertain factors like the wind, foreign bodies on the line and severe wear may break the stable contact relations of pantograph-catenary, making dynamic stagger value beyond safety limits and causing pantograph and line breaking. In order to improve the safety and reliability of electrified railway power supply system, a non-contact detection method is used to track and shoot the pantograph-catenary using high-speed industrial camera. A series of digital image processing techniques including image preprocessing, edge extraction and linear extraction are combined in LabVIEW software to extract the position of the contact point of the pantograph-catenary during the operation of the train, so as to obtain the information of the dynamic stagger value. The research and test results show that this method can effectively detect the position of the contact point of the pantograph-catenary, and accurately calculate the dynamic stagger value to meet the operation and development demands of electrified railway engineering.
