难复性膝关节脱位的临床研究进展

Clinical research progress of the irreducible dislocation of the knee

膝关节脱位通常是由于高能量损伤导致的一种严重膝关节创伤,常引起膝关节周围多处组织损伤。大多数膝关节脱位可自发或通过手法复位,而难复性膝关节脱位较为少见,治疗相对困难,需要进行手术复位和损伤修复。因此对难复性膝关节脱位的早期认识及正确处置非常重要,可影响预后。笔者通过对有关文献的回顾,对难复性膝关节脱位的损伤机制、早期诊断、治疗方案及术后康复等方面进行总结。

Dislocation of the knee joint is usually caused by high energy injury,which leads to a serious knee injury,often causes multiple tissue injuries around the knee joint. Most of the knee joint dislocation can be spontaneous reduction or manual reduction,but irreducible dislocation of the knee joint is rare. The treatment is relatively difficult,usually requires surgery to reduction and repair the multiple tissue. Therefore,it is very important to recognize and deal with the early diagnosis and correct treatment of the irreducible dislocation of the knee,which can obviously affect the prognosis of the patients. Based on the review of the literature,this paper summarizes the damage mechanism,early diagnosis,treatment plan and postoperative rehabilitation of the patients with irreducible dislocation of the knee.
