倍他米松局部用药治疗口腔扁平苔藓效果探讨

The Local Application Effect of Betamethasone Treatment of Oral Lichen Planus

目的:探讨倍他米松局部用药治疗口腔扁平苔藓患者的应用效果。方法:选取2017年2月-2018年3月于笔者所在医院治疗的60例口腔扁平苔藓患者为研究对象,将其均分为两组,对照组采用强的松治疗,观察组采用倍他米松局部用药,对比两组的治疗情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者IL-4、IL-17及疼痛评分低于治疗前,IFN-γ高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后观察组患者IL-4、IL-17、疼痛评分低于对照组,IFN-γ高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.548 2、4.652 4、4.268 5、4.758 4,P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.868 7,P<0.05)。结论:倍他米松局部用药治疗口腔扁平苔藓患者的应用效果显著,可改善症状,提高治疗效果,值得应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of application of local application of Betamethasone in the treatment of patients with oral lichen planus. Method： A total of 60 cases of oral lichen planus in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into two groups, the control group used Prednisone, and the observation group used Betamethasone.Compared the treatment situation of the two groups.Result： After treatment, the IL-4, IL- l7 and pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, IFN-γ was higher than that before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment, the IL-4, IL-17 and pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the IFN-γ was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（t=4.548 2, 4.652 4, 4.268 5, 4.758 4, P〈0.05）, the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=4.868 7, P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Topical application of Betamethasone in the treatment of oral lichen planus is effective, it can improve symptoms and improve therapeutic effect, and is worthy of application.
