腹腔镜联合结肠镜治疗结直肠肿瘤的效果研究

Laparoscopic Combined with Colonoscopy in the Treatment of Colorectal Neoplasms

目的:研究腹腔镜和结肠镜联合应用于结直肠肿瘤临床治疗中的效果。方法:选取2015年12月-2017年12月笔者所在医院收治的68例结直肠肿瘤患者为研究对象,根据所应用的治疗方案分组,采用腹腔镜治疗的31例为参照组,采用腹腔镜与结肠镜联合治疗的37例为研究组,比较两组的相关手术指标及治疗总有效率。结果:研究组患者术中失血量少于参照组,手术耗时、术后引流管留置时间、住院时间显著短于参照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗总有效率为94.59%,显著高于参照组的77.42%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜和结肠镜联合治疗结直肠肿瘤,能缩短手术时间,减少术中失血量,提高治疗有效率,值得推广。

bjective： To study the effect of laparoscopy and colonoscopy in the clinical treatment of colorectal neoplasms.Method： From December 2015 to December 2017, sixty-eight patients with colorectal neoplasms treated in the author＇s hospital were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment regimen, and 31 cases treated by laparoscopy were referred to the reference group, 37 patients treated with laparoscopic and colonoscopy were included in the study group.The relevant surgical indicators and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Result： The blood loss in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, the operation time, postoperative drainage tube length, and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the study group was 94.59%, which was significantly higher than that of the reference group（77.62%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The combination of laparoscopy and colonoscopy for the treatment of colorectal neoplasms can shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative blood loss, improve the efficiency of treatment.h is worth promoting.
