孟鲁司特应用于感染后咳嗽临床治疗效果观察

Clinical Observation of Montelukast in the Treatment of Postinfectious Cough

目的:观察应用孟鲁司特治疗感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选取2016年2月-2017年2月于笔者所在医院就诊的感染后咳嗽患者176例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(88例)和对照组(88例),分别给予抗生素治疗后采用孟鲁司特钠联合镇咳祛痰药治疗及单纯镇咳祛痰药治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及肺功能指标水平。结果:治疗后,观察组患者日间及夜间咳嗽评分、复发率均显著低于对照组,FEV1.0与FCV水平均显著高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用孟鲁司特配合镇咳祛痰药物治疗感染后咳嗽,能够降低患者咳嗽评分,提高缓解率,避免复发,进一步改善患者肺功能,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Montelukast in the treatment of postinfectious cough.Method： From February 2016 to February 2017, 76 cases with postinfectious cough treated in the author＇s hospital were selected, and were divided into observation group（88 cases} and control group（88 cases} according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with Montelukast Sodium combined with antitussive and expectorant drugs after antibiotics treatment, and the control group was treated with antitussive and expectorant drugs alone.The clinical effects and lung function index after treatment of the two groups were compared.Result： After treatment, the daytime and nighttime cough scores and recurrence rates in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the FEV1.0 and FCV levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The use of Montelukast combined with antitussive and expectorant drugs to treat postinfectious cough can reduce the cough score, increase the remission rate, avoid recurrence, and further improve the lung function of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
