授权管理在小儿康复病房一级质控护理质量管理中的应用效果

The Application of Authorization Management in Quality Control Nursing Quality Control of Children's Rehabilitation Ward

目的:探究授权管理在小儿康复病房一级质控护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年6-12月实施授权管理之前和2017年1-6月实施授权管理之后的护理人员为研究对象,相应为对照组和观察组。对照组护理人员实行常规的功能制护理模式。观察组采取授权管理模式,评估两组护理人员的护理技能、家属满意度、患儿配合情况、医生认同度、护理纠纷和医疗事故比率。结果:观察组的护理人员沟通技巧、观察病情、发现问题、制定护理方案和护理操作方面的得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的家属满意度、患儿配合情况、医生认同度的指标明显高于对照组,而护理投诉和医疗事故的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:授权管理有助于提高小儿康复病房一级护理质量,增加家属满意度、患儿配合情况、医生认同度等,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective： To explore the application effect of authorization management in quality control nursing quality control in pediatric rehabilitation ward.Method： Taking care of the nurses before and after the implementation of authorization management from June 2016 to December 2016 and from January 2017 to June 2017, the corresponding group was the control group and the observation group.The nursing staff in the control group practiced routine functional nursing mode.The observation group adopted the authorization management model, the nursing skills of the two groups of nurses, the satisfaction of the families, the cooperation of＂the children, the doctors＇ recognition, nursing disputes and medical accident rates were compared.Result： The nursing staff of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group in communication skills, observation of the disease, detection of problems, and the development of nursing programmes and nursing operations（P〈0.05）.The family satisfaction, the cooperation of the children, the doctors＇ recognition in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of nursing complaints and medical incidents were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The authorization management can help improve the quality of primary care in the children＇s rehabilitation ward, increase the satisfaction of the family members, the cooperation of the children, and the doctor＇s degree of recognition, which is worthy of further promotion of the application.
