麦默通乳腺良性肿块微创旋切术的护理配合要点分析

Nursing Cooperation Points Analysis of Mammotome Minimally Invasive Avulsion of Mammary Gland Benign Breast Mass

目的:探析麦默通乳腺良性肿块微创旋切术的护理配合要点。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的乳房良性肿块患者50例,所有患者均行麦默通微创旋切术,且手术前、中、后加强护理配合。观察护理效果。结果:本组50例患者手术成功率100%,术中出血量(22.3±0.7)ml,手术时间(28.3±4.2)min。术后未发生切口感染、切口瘢痕等并发症,但有2例发生轻度皮下淤血,经处理后完全消失。结论:麦默通乳腺良性肿块微创旋切术实施的过程中对患者加强围术期护理配合效果显著,即可保证顺利完成手术,又能预防和减少各种并发症,因此值得应用推广。

Objective： To explore the nursing and cooperation points of mammotome minimally invasive avulsion surgery for mammary benign masses. Method ： Fifty patients with benign breast tumors were selected in our hospital.All patients underwent Mammotome minimally invasive avulsion surgery and nursing care was strengthened before, during and after surgery.The effect of nursing was observed.Result： The success rate of this group of 50 patients was 100%, intraoperative blood loss was （22.3±0.7）ml, and the operation time was （28.3±4.2）min.No postoperative complications such as incision intection and incision scar occurred, but mild subcutaneous congestion occurred in 2 cases and completely disappeared after treatment.Conclusion： The minimally invasive axotomy of mammary gland benign breast tumors has a significant effect on strengthening the perioperative care coordination.It can ensure the successful completion of surgery, and can prevent and reduce various complications.Theretore, it is worthy of application and promotion.
