参麦注射液联合低温可调钠治疗透析性低血压临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Dialysis Hypotension with Shenmai Injection Combined with Low-temperature Sodium-adjustable Dialysis

目的:探讨参麦注射液联合低温可调钠治疗透析低血压的临床效果。方法:选取2016年7月-2017年7月笔者所在医院收治的48例透析性低血压患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各24例,对照组接受传统参麦注射液治疗,观察组接受参麦注射液联合低温可调钠治疗,比较分析两组患者透析前后血压变化、透析性低血压的发生率及治愈率。结果:透析后,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压水平均优于治疗前,且观察组收缩压、舒张压水平均显著优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组透析后低血压发生率显著低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施参麦注射液联合低温可调钠治疗透析性低血压效果好于单纯参麦注射液,具有临床推广价值。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Shenmai Injection combined with low-temperature sodium-adjustable dialysis in the treatment of dialysis hypotension.nethod： From July 2016 to July 2017, 48 patients with dialysis hypotension admitted to the author＇s hospital were selected as subjects and randomly divided into observation group（24 cases） and control group（24 cases）.The control group received conventional Shemmai Injection, and the observation group received Shenmai Injection combined with low-temperature sodium-adjustable dialysis.The blood pressure changes before and after dialysis, the incidence of dialysis hypotension and the cure rate were compared between the two groups.Result： After dialysis, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were better than before treatment, and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of hypotension after dialysis was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The effect of Shenmai Injection combined with low-temperature sodium- adjustable dialysis in treating dialysis hypotension is better than that of simple Shenmai Injection, which has the clinical popularization value.
