摘要
为确保机载导弹舱体内精密元器件/组件和仪器仪表的正常工作,免受高速飞行气动加热的影响,需要采取热防护措施。文章讨论了一种舱体内隔热粘贴成型技术,该技术既适合机载导弹小批量、多批次、快速成型的科研试制,也适合批产工程制造。
Thermal protective measures must be applied to safeguard regular work for precision components,assemblys,and apparatus of an airborne missile from overheat during supersonic and hypersonic speed flight. In this paper,a rapid forming technology for heat insulation coatig on inner-wall of airborne missile's cabins is discussed. The forming technology is suited for airborne missile projects engineering development,with small number,multi-batchs,quick and flexible characteristics,as well as large scale production.
