美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗老年重症心力衰竭的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Metopolol Combined with Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide in the Treatment of the Elderly Patients with Severe Heart Failure

目的:探究美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年重症心力衰竭的疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年3月-2017年3月收治的62例患者为研究对象,随机将其分为治疗组与参照组,参照组采用常规治疗,治疗组采用美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗,观察两组患者心功能改善及生活质量评分。结果:治疗后,治疗组的生活质量评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从心功能指标上看,治疗组BNP明显低于参照组,LVEF显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年重症心力衰竭患者采用美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗能够有效改善患者心功能,提升患者生活质量,效果显著,故值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of Metoprolol Combined with Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure.Method：Our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 of 62 patients admitted as the research object,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,control group using conventional treatment,the treatment group with Metoprolol combined Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets treatment.Observed two groups of patients with cardiac function improved and the quality of life scores.Result：After treatment,the quality of life of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）.In terms of cardiac function,the BNP was significantly lower than the control group,and LVEF was significantly higher than the reference group with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Elderly patients with severe heart failure with Metoprolol Combined Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets treatment can effectively improve cardiac function in patients with,improve the quality of patients life,effect is remarkable,so it is worth of clinical application.
