瑞格列奈与二甲双胍治疗继发性失效2型糖尿病的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Repaglinide and Metformin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes with Secondary Failure

目的:观察及研究瑞格列奈与二甲双胍治疗继发性失效2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年10月-2017年6月笔者所在医院收治的86例继发性失效2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组(采用二甲双胍治疗)和观察组(采用瑞格列奈与二甲双胍联合治疗),每组43例,比较两组的临床疗效(总有效率)、治疗前后的血糖、糖化血红蛋白及血清脂联素、瘦素水平。结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的空腹及餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清脂联素、瘦素水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6、12周时,观察组的空腹及餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清瘦素水平均显著低于对照组,血清脂联素水平均显著高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞格列奈与二甲双胍联合治疗继发性失效2型糖尿病的临床效果较好,且对继发性失效糖尿病相关指标有较好的调控作用,临床应用价值较高。

Objective：To observe and study the clinical effect of Repaglinide and Metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with secondary failure.Method：From October 2016 to June 2017,86 patients with type 2 diabetes with secondary failure in the author＇s hospital were randomly divided into control group（treated with Metformin）and observation group（combined with Repaglinide and Metformin）,43 cases in each group.The clinical effect（total effective rate）,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum adiponectin,and leptin levels before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Result：The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in fasting and postprandial 2 h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum adiponectin,and leptin levels levels between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）.At 6 and 12 weeks after treatment,fasting and 2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and serum leptin levels were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,serum adiponectin levels were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combined effect of Repaglinide and Metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with secondary failure has a good clinical effect,and has a good regulatory effect on diabetes with secondary failure related indicators,and has higher clinical application value.
