中药益气温阳和胃方配合西药对脾胃虚寒型十二指肠球部溃疡的应用效果

The Effect of Chinese Medicine Yiqi Wenyang Hewei Decotion Combined with Western Medicine in Duodenal Bulb Ulcer in Type of Deficiency-cold in Spleen and Stomach

目的:分析脾胃虚寒型十二指肠球部溃疡联合应用中药益气温阳和胃方与西药治疗的效果。方法:选取2014年5月-2017年2月笔者所在医院收治的88例脾胃虚寒型十二指肠球部溃疡患者,将其随机分为两组。对照组采用常规西医疗法,在此基础上,观察组采用中药益气温阳和胃方治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的68.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候总积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脾胃虚寒型十二指肠球部溃疡联合应用中药益气温阳和胃方与西药治疗的效果显著。

Objective：To analyze effect of Chinese medicine Yiqi Wenyang Hewei Decotion combined with western medicine in duodenal bulb ulcer in type of deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach.Method：From May 2014 to February 2017,88 patients with duodenal bulb ulcer in type of deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach were selected in our hospital,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group used conventional western medicine therapy,on this basis,the of the observation group used Chinese medicine Yiqi Wenyang Hewei Decoction.Compared the two groups of clinical curative effect.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than 68.18% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It has significant effect on patients with duodenal bulb ulcer in type of deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach treated by traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Wenyang Hewei Decotion combined with western medicine.
