摘要
目的:探究心理护理用于小儿腹股沟斜疝手术对康复的影响。方法:选取2017年1-8月笔者所在医院收治的小62例儿腹股沟斜疝行手术治疗患儿,按照护理方式不同分为常规护理(C)组和心理护理(X)组,各31例,比较两组康复情况。结果:X组患者住院时间为(2.94±0.64)d,明显短于C组的(7.17±0.92)d,Prince-Hener评分为(1.63±0.89)分,明显低于C组的(1.63±0.89)分,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以小儿腹股沟斜疝手术患儿心理护理,可缩短临床康复时间,提升预后,效果确切。
Objective：To explore the effect of psychological nursing on the rehabilitation of inguinal inguinal hernia surgery in children.Method：From January to August 2017,62 cases of children with indirect inguinal hernia treated in the author＇s hospital were selected for operation.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into routine care group C and psychological care group X,with 31 cases each.The rehabilitation of the two groups was compared.Result：The hospitalization time of group X was（2.94±0.64）d,obviously shorter than that of group C（7.17±0.92）d,and Prince-Hener score was（1.63±0.89）scores,which was significantly lower than that of group C（1.63±0.89）scores,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Psychological nursing for children with indirect inguinal hernia surgery can shorten the time of clinical rehabilitation and improve prognosis.
