新疆哈萨克族青少年正常牙模型分析与牙弓形态建立

Analysis of Normal Tooth and Dental Arch in Kazak Ethnic Group in Xinjiang

目的:基于对正常合的牙模型进行研究分析基础上,绘制正常合的弓形图,以及建立的正常牙测量正常值。方法:调查乌鲁木齐市三十六中、昌吉市二中的初三年级哈萨克族初中生,参照Andrews正常牙六项标准,严格选入个别正常牙100名,分别测量牙弓深度、宽度等指标,取SPSS 18.0统计软件分析,探究新疆哈萨克族青少年正常牙牙颌特点。结果:男女组间上不同牙位的牙弓深度中除UD1外,剩下牙位差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而对比下不同牙位男女组间牙弓深度,除LD1之外差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且不同牙位上、下牙弓宽度,差异也均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:哈萨克族青少年男女牙弓形态各不相同,临床矫治时应考虑本特点。

Objective：To explore the analysis of normal occlusion model and the establishment of dental arch shape of Kazak teenagers in Xinjiang,drawing the arch diagram of normal occlusion and establishing the normal measurement value of normal occlusion,based on the research and analysis of dental arch of normal occlusion.Method：Investigating Kazak junior middle school students in grade three of No.36 middle school and No.2 middle school in Urumqi,referring to Andrews＇ six criteria of normal occlusion,100 normal occlusion individuals were strictly selected,and the indexes such as the depth and width of dental arch were measured respectively,and SPSS 18.0 statistical software was used to analyze and explore the characteristics of normal occlusion and jaw of Kazak teenagers in Xinjiang.Result：Except UD1,there were statistical differences in the dental arch depths of different maxillary positions between men and women（P〈0.05）.Compared with the depth of dental arch between men and women in different mandibular dental positions,there were statistical differences except LD1（P〈0.05）.And the widths of maxillary and mandibular arches in different tooth positions also had statistical differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The dental arch shapes of Kazak teenagers are different between men and women,and this feature should be taken into account in clinical treatment.
