摘要 目的:对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的血清尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)及肌酐(Cr)水平的变化进行分析讨论。方法:将2015年1月-2017年12月笔者所在医院收治的220例CHF患者作为研究组,将同期收治的220例健康体检者作为对照组,对两组人群BUN、Cr及UA指标进行对比分析。结果:(1)研究组患者BUN、Cr及UA水平显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)舒张性CHF患者BUN、Cr及UA水平均显著低于收缩性CHF患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)随心功能等级增加,CHF患者BUN、Cr及UA水平亦随之增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)经过治疗,CHF患者BUN、Cr及UA水平显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:患者出现CHF后,其血清BUN、Cr及UA水平会出现显著升高,准确掌握这三项指标对评估患者心脏病损严重程度具有重要意义。 Objective:To analyze the changes of serum urea nitrogen(BUN),uric acid(UA) and creatinine(Cr) in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Method:220 patients with CHF treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were treated as the study group,and 220 healthy persons in the same period were treated as the control group.The indexes of BUN,Cr and UA in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:(1)The levels of BUN,Cr and UA in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).(2)The levels of BUN,Cr and UA in diastolic CHF patients were significantly lower than those of systolic CHF,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).(3)The level of cardiac function increased,the levels of BUN, Cr and UA in patients with CHF were also increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).(4)After treatment,the levels of BUN,Cr and UA in patients with CHF were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of BUN,Cr and UA in patients with CHF are significantly higher,and the accurate mastery of these three indicators is of great significance in assessing the severity of the patients' heart disease.
