摘要
老鹰茶为樟科(Lauraceae),木姜子属(Litsea)植物毛豹皮樟(Litsea coreana Levl.var.lanuginosa(Migo)Yang et.P.H.Huang),具有止咳、平喘、醒酒、解毒、消暑解渴之功效。本文对近年来"老鹰茶"产品的加工工艺、"老鹰茶"中活性成分及药理功效作了简要综述,以期能够引发"老鹰茶"加工工艺及产品开发升级。
Hawk-tea（Litsea Coreana L.）belonging to Lauraceae has the pharmacological effects of Cough suppressant, asthma prevention, anti-alcohol, heat relief and thirst alleviation, and so on. We briefly summarized the processing technology, inner active components and pharmacological activities of Hawk-tea here in recent year and expected to trigger Hawk-tea promotion of processing technology and Product Development.
