摘要
主要对工业化生产脲甲醛的最佳合成条件进行研究,得出最适合工业生产的合成条件。在较低p H值条件下,脲甲醛聚合时间较短、易分散、含水率较低,能够快速烘干,从而提高脲甲醛的生产效率。
The optimum synthesis condition of urea formaldehyde was studied,and the most suitable synthesis conditions on industrial production were explored. Under the condition of low p H, the polymerization time of urea-formaldehyde was short, and easy to disperse and low moisture content, and could be dried quickly,easy to improve the production efficiency of urea formaldehyde.
