摘要 研究了在不破碎、溶解金属载体的基础上,能有效破坏含贵金属涂层,测定金属载体催化剂中Pt、Pd、Rh含量的方法。采用含有20%重量硫酸和2%重量硝酸的混酸溶液处理金属载体催化剂,并经过超声水洗后,使贵金属部分进入溶液,残余含贵金属涂层完全脱落。分别采用分光光度法及碲共沉淀-ICP-AES法测定溶液及滤渣中的贵金属以得到金属载体中贵金属含量,本方法稳定性高,测定结果相一致。 On the basis of intact metal carrier without fragmentation and dissolution, the method of effectively destroy precious metal coat and determine of Pt, Pd, Rh content in the metal carrier catalyst was studied. The mixed acid of sulfuric acid and nitric acid were used to dip metal catalyst, after water scrubbing and ultrasonic processing, the coat with precious metals was destroyed effectively without crushing and dissolution of the metal substrate. Spectrophotometric method and tellurium coprecipitation-ICP-AES method were used to determine the precious metals content in the solution and residue respectively. The methods have high stability and consistent results.
