摘要
建立了气相色谱法测定对苯二胺反应液中对苯二胺含量的方法。色谱柱为安捷伦公司生产的DB-35,采用程序升温方法。对苯二胺与反应液中的其它杂质分离较好。对苯二胺的浓度在0.4~3.2 g/L范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性。加标回收率为106%~116%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.6%(n=10)。
Gas chromatography was applied to the determination of P-phenylenediamine in P-phenylenediamine reaction solution. The chromatography column is DB-35 produced by Agilent Company,and programmed heating was used. P-phenylenediamine can by well separated from impurities in the reaction solution. When P-phenylenediamine content is in the range of 0.4 ~3.2 g/L, it had good linear with chromatographic peak area. The recovery rate was from 106% to 116%, and relative standard deviation was1.6%(n=10).
