摘要
针对某船用柴油机喷油器唇形密封圈,采用ABAQUS软件建立唇形密封圈等组件的有限元模型,研究了喷油器安装状态和燃油喷射工况下唇形密封圈的应力和位移情况,以及喷油器安装过程和燃油喷射过程中应力和位移随螺栓预紧力和燃油压力的变化规律,并分析了与喷油器体和止推座的接触情况。有限元模拟计算揭示了唇形密封圈结构、喷油器螺栓预紧力和喷油器燃油压力之间的关系,为唇形密封圈的结构强度评估和设计选型提供了很好的方法和参考依据。
A finite element model of the lip seal ring and other relevant components in a fuel injector used for a marine diesel engine was set up using the ABAQUS soflware. The stress and displacement of the seal ring at installation and injection as well as the change of the stress and displacement of the seal ring with the increase of bolt pro-tightening force and fuel pressure during installation and injection preparation were studied, and the contact between the injector body and thrust block was analyzed through sim- ulation, revealing the relation between lip seal ring structure, bolt pro-tightening force and fuel pressure. This provides a good method and reference for the evaluation of structural strength and selection of lip seal design.
