面向胶连接密封性能的铣削加工表面质量控制试验研究

摘要 针对发动机铝合金加工平面之间用胶连接的密封性问题,设计了一种试验方法,研究铝合金加工表面质量与胶连接的密封性能关系。通过分析铣削加工策略和铣削加工后表面质量,获得了具有最优密封性能的加工表面质量和加工策略。试验结果表明:经高温机油老化后,胶连接密封性能明显下降;通过对铣削加工过程的加工参数进行设计,使加工表面质量能保持在粗糙度Ra1.80左右,加工表面胶连接的密封性能得到提高。 An experiment was conducted to study the effect of surface quality after milling operation on adhesive-sealing performance between two joint surfaces of aluminum alloy. The experimental results show that different surface textures induced by different milling strategies have different adhesive-sealing performance, thus the adhesive-sealing performance can be improved through the optimization of machining parameters and selection of surface qualities. And the best sealing performance can be achieved by a machined surface with surface quality of roughness around Ral. 80. It provides a theatrical support for industry applications.
