Design of Lean Engine Manufacturing System

以中型商用发动机工厂作为研究背景,从生产运营的需求角度出发,对制造工厂、制造工艺进行精益化设计。探讨在工厂设计阶段引入精益哲理与工程技术相结合的设计方法,为工厂的精益生产运行奠定良好基础。在此基础上,研究了精益工厂设计、精益工艺设计通用策略,构建适合行业特性的工厂及生产线。

Lean production is based on lean design and it is different from one industry to another. By focusing on medium - sized commercial engine, the lean design of manufacturing plant and manufacturing process is carried out from the perspective of the production and operation demand. It is proposed to introduce the combination of lean philosophy and engineering technology in factory design to lay a good foundation for the lean production operation. On this basis, the general strategy of lean factory design and lean process design is studied to build factories and production lines suitable for the industry characteristics.
