摘要
为了研究合理的汽车分时租赁站点投放车辆规模,首先分析了汽车分时租赁站点投放车辆规模的影响因素;然后分析了现有的2种汽车分时租赁站点投放车辆规模模型——战略计划决策模型和运营决策模型的优、缺点,并结合汽车分时租赁企业的实际需求,提出基于调度的战略计划模型;再整合汽车分时租赁站点需要满足的调度时间约束建立模型。该模型不仅能在调度的基础上满足用户需求,而且尽可能地减少了闲置车辆的浪费。最后,通过一个算例数据对该模型进行了求解,计算结果证明该模型具有较高的效率和有效性。
In order to study the reasonable scale of the vehicles to be put into the carsharing sites,the influencing factors of the vehicle scale of carsharing sites have been analyzed.Then on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing two kinds of vehicle scale models of carsharing sites,the strategic planning decision model and the operation decision model,a scheduling-based strategic planning model combined with the actual demand of carsharing companies has been proposed.And the scheduling time constraints that carsharing sites should meet the requirments for to building the model,which can not only meet the needs of users on the basis of scheduling,but also reduce the idle waste of vehicles,have been integrated.Finally,this model has been solved by an example data,and the results show that this model owns high practicality.
