太阳能平板空气集热器长宽比的数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 太阳能平板空气集热器的长宽比是影响集热效率的重要因素,研究集热器的长宽比可减少集热器的能源浪费,为提高集热器的集热效率提供理论依据。文章围绕太阳能的热利用以及太阳能平板式空气集热器的集热效率问题,基于长宽比不同的平板空气集热器,建立数学传热模型,并且采用Fluent软件分别对其出口温度以及集热效率进行模拟计算,对不同长宽比集热效率进行研究。结果表明:当流道截面风速恒定为0.24 m/s,集热器出口温度随着长宽比增加而上升,最高、最低温度分别为316.36、282.07 K;截面风速恒定时,集热效率随着长宽比增加而下降,最高、最低效率分别为47.65%、31.98%;集热器的得热量差随着集热器长宽比的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势,最大、最小得热量差分别为47.9、28.24 W;太阳能平板空气集热器的最佳长宽比为3。 The aspect ratio of solar panel air collector is an important factor that affects the efficiency of collector. The study of collector aspect ratio can decrease the energy waste of collector and provide theoretical basis for increasing heat collector efficiency of collector. This paper focuses on the heat utilization of solar energy and air around the plate solar collector efficiency problem of different ratio of length to width of flat air collector,and builds a mathematical model of heat transfer,and by using the Fluent software,makes the simulation of the outlet temperature and the heat collecting efficiency,and analyzes the heat collecting efficiency of different ratio of length to width. The results show that when the wind speed is 0. 24 m/s constant flow cross section,set the outlet temperature of heat exchanger increases with the ratio of length to width increase,the highest is 316. 36 K,the lowest was282. 07 K. When the cross section velocity is constant,the heat collecting efficiency decreases with the increase of the ratio of length to width,the maximum is 47. 65%,the lowest is 31. 98%. The heat collector heat difference increases first and then decreases with the increase of the collector length width ratio,and the maximum is 47. 9 W,the minimum was 28. 24 W. the optimum ratio of length to width of solar panel air collector is 3.
