适应城镇民办中小学发展特征的校园设计——以潍坊峡山双语学校为例 被引量:3

摘要 由于教育供给与需求的矛盾日益突出,而社会力量办学在基础教育资源配置等方面具有重要的调节作用,民办基础教育是社会力量办学的重要方式,民办中小学校校园建设是发挥民办基础教育优势的前提。文章以潍坊峡山双语学校为例,在对其校园概况分析的基础上,以校方的教学管理模式需求、兼顾空间环境品质与建设经济性以及与不同的空间行为特征相适应为设计原则,从基本教学空间的数量配置、开放性教学空间的组织及生活空间的单纯化和多义化处理3方面对其校园空间进行了规划设计,形成了适度灵活、开放的多义化校舍建筑空间,以期为城镇民办中小学校的校园设计提供一定的参考。 As the contradiction between the supply of education resource and demand is becoming increasingly prominent,civilian-run education plays an important regulatory role in the allocation of basic education resources. The civilian-run basic education is an important component of nongovernmental education,while the design and construction of school campus is the premise to give play to the advantages of private basic education. Taking the campus design of Weifang Xiashan Bilingual School as an example,this paper analyzes the project requirements. It proposes three design principles of adapting to the school's teaching and management model,taking into account the space environment quality and construction economy,as well as adapting to different spatial behavior characteristics. Then,the campus space has been optimal designed with the consideration on the number of basic teaching space configurations,the organization of open teaching space,and the simplification and multi-directional processing of living space. The design creates a moderately flexible,open and multi-dimensional school campus space, with a view to providing a certain reference for the campus design of private primary and secondary schools in urban areas.
