摘要
建筑信息模型(BIM)可实现建筑施工组织课程的三维可视化教学,有效提高学生学习效率。文章根据建筑施工组织设计规范,围绕工程概况、施工部署、施工计划、施工准备、施工方案、场地布置等主要建筑施工组织教学内容,分析了建筑信息模型在建筑施工组织中的具体应用,结合CDIO工程教育理论、工程实例及BIM的教学思路,提出了BIM在施工组织课程中的课前准备、精简教学、课后答疑及作业巩固等4阶段教学方法,阐明了提高BIM教学效果的途径。
Building information model makes 3 D visualization of construction planning and scheduling course,which is of great significance for improving students' learning efficiency. Based on discussing its characteristics,according to code for construction organization plan of building engineering,the article combed the BIM application of the engineering situation,construction arrangement,schedule,construction preparation,construction scheme and its site layout plan. Through the combination of CDIO( Conceive Design Implement Operate) theory,engineering practice and BIM case,the teaching method,which has the characteristics with pre-class preparation, concise teaching, after-school answering and homework consolidation,was put forward. Finally,some suggestions are given to strengthen the teaching effect.
