摘要
为提高基因重组频率,改变群体遗传结构,在保持遗传多样性的同时,提高群体的配合力、杂种优势及抗逆性,对从中国农业科学院引入的合成玉米育种群体中群21进行混合选择改良,并从不同轮次中选育育种新材料,为我国玉米育种提供新型种质。结果表明:中群21通过4轮选择,已适应黑龙江省生态条件,其生育日数缩短4d左右,脱水速率、群体产量有了明显的提高,同时耐密性、抗倒性都明显改善,可以从中选育产量高、脱水速率快、适合机械化收获的高配合力自交系。
In order to improve the frequency of gene recombination and change the population genetic structure,at the same time keep population genetic diversity,and improve group's combining ability,heterosis and resistance,we made the mixed selection and improvement to Zhongqun 21 asynthetic corn breeding group introduced from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and selected the new breeding materials from different rounds to provide a new germplasm for maize breeding in China.The results showed that Zhongqun 21 had adapted to the ecological conditions of Heilongjiang province through 4 wheels of selection.Growth period had been shortened by about 4 days.The dehydration rate and group yield had the distinct enhancement,and the tightness and lodging resistance had obvious improvement.Therefore,we could selected high compatibility systems with high yield,fast dehydration rate,and suitable for mechanized harvesting.
