摘要
我国的板栗产业发展迅速,但是产量、质量、抗性等经济性状指标分子机理研究甚少,制约其发展前景。本研究采用高通量测序技术,对板栗新梢花芽转录组进行测序。结果表明:经组装分析获得42 472条Unigene,其中具有编码功能的蛋白质功能有23 720条,占比55.85%。通过与KEGG库比对,共有5 590个Unigene被归类到327个小类中,主要涉及新陈代谢、信号转导、细胞代谢等代谢途径。为揭示板栗的花芽发育中基因表达的情况,调控元件的变化规律,代谢途径打下良好基础,为板栗定向育种提供有力的技术支持。
The Chinese chestnut industry is developing rapidly,but the little research on the molecular mechanism of economic character such as yield,quality,resistance and so on restrict its development seriously.In this study,we sampled the young shoots of flower buds to conduct a transcriptomic analysis using high-throughput sequencing technology.The results showed that a total of 42,472 Unigene were obtained,and 23,720 Unigene with protein function were obtained,which account for 55.85% of all Unigene.According to the KEGG annotation information,a total of 5,590 Unigene were classified into 327 pathways,which mainly involved metabolism,signal transduction,cell metabolism and other metabolic pathways.The obtained transcriptome data could reveal the regulation mode of flower buds development,the change of regulatory elements and metabolic pathways,which laid a foundation for the further study on breeding.
