基于中泰对比视角的泰国物流业发展水平评价研究

Thailand Logistics Industry Development Level Evaluation from Perspective of China-Thailand Comparative Analysis

随着"一带一路"倡议的发起和中国-东盟自由贸易区(CAFTA)的启动,拥有独特地理优势的泰国成为重要枢纽。中国与泰国之间国际贸易规模的不断扩大,对泰国物流业发展水平的提升提出了客观需求,为此,有必要对泰国物流业发展的优劣势进行客观评价。以中泰物流业为研究对象,从物流竞争实力和物流竞争潜力两个维度构建物流发展水平评价指标体系,运用中国与泰国2000—2016年的相关数据进行实证研究。对中泰两国的物流发展实力、物流发展潜力和物流绩效指数等进行了对比分析,进而从泰国的视角提出了突破物流业发展瓶颈、实现快速发展的相关建议。

With the implementation of China＇s ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative and the launch of the ChinaASEAN Free Trade Area（ CAFTA）,Thailand,which has a unique geographical advantage,has become an important logistics hub. The continuous expansion of the international trade volume between China and Thailand has objectively rendered it paramount to evaluate the pros and cons of Thailand logistics industry and then come up with suggestions to upgrade the logistics quality. Targeting at the logistics industry of both China and Thailand,this paper establishes a logistics development level evaluation system from two perspectives（ logistics development strength and logistics development potentials） which is followed by an empirical analysis using data of China and Thailand from 2000 to 2016. Comparative analysis from the standpoints of logistics development strength,logistics development potential and logistics performance index are done. Policy suggestions in view of Thailand are finally given based on comparative analysis results.
