改革开放40年社会稳定风险的演化逻辑与知识图谱分析——基于CiteSpace软件的可视化研究

Evolutionary Logic and Knowledge Mapping Analysis of Social Stability Risk in 40 Years of Reform and Opening-up——Visualization Research Based on CiteSpace Software

历经改革开放40年的探索,改革发展进入深水区,高度流动性的新型网络社会逐步取代以往相对封闭的社会体制,各类社会风险因素聚集,成为危及社会稳定秩序的风险。通过梳理CNKI数据库中的文献,运用可视化软件进行量化研究,发现社会稳定风险在概念演化中,研究深度逐渐专业化,研究视角聚焦于公共管理领域,研究理念由严控转为疏导;关注的领域包括社会稳定风险评估、征地拆迁、重大事项、群体性事件等;社会稳定风险评估是社会稳定风险关注的核心问题,扩大公众有效参与、发挥多元主体治理优势成为应对社会稳定风险的重要环节。未来研究热点可能出现在稳定风险评估工作的科学方法、邻避事件的中国情境等方面。

After 40 years exploring of reform and opening-up,the reform and development have entered the deep-water region where a high fluidity new-type network society has gradually replaced the relatively closed social system in the past,and various types of social risk have gathered threatening social stability risks and order. By combing the literature in the CNKI database and using visualization software to quantify the research,we found that in the evolution of the concept,the research to the social stability risks presented the characteristics that the research depth is gradually specialized, the research perspective is focused on the public management field,and the research concept is changed from strict control to grooming. The areas of concern include social stability risk assessment,land acquisition and demolition,major events and events concerning the public,etc.. Social stability risk assessment is the central issue that social stability risk concerns. Increasing effective public participation and exerting the advantages of multi-body governance become important parts of responding to social stability risks. In the future,the research hotspots may appear in the scientific methods for stable risk assessment work and the NIMBY Events in the domestic context.
