摘要 从脱硫废水的水质特点出发,介绍了国内外常用的废水预处理和零排放处理工艺。脱硫废水的水质和水量因时因地而异,终端处理措施的选择也应充分考虑脱硫废水的水质和水量。当脱硫废水的硬度较高时,应采取相应的软化预处理措施;当脱硫废水的水量较大时,应采取适当的减量化措施。电厂废水的终端处理措施可分为蒸发结晶法和烟道处理法。不同处理工艺的占地规模、处理能力和投资运行成本等方面均有较大差异,电厂应根据实际情况经技术经济比较合理选择。 In view of the characteristics of desulfurization wastewater, wastewater pretreatment and zero discharge treatment processes commonly used in China and abroad were introduced. Quality and quantity of desulfurization wastewater are different according to specific time and site; therefore, full consideration should be taken for terminal process selection. When the water hardness is high, some softening pretreatment processes should be adopted; while reduction processes should be taken when the water quantity is large. Terminal treatment processes can be divided into evaporative crystallization method and flue duct treatment method.Different methods show great difference in aspects of occupation of land, treatment capacity and investment and operating cost, which requires power plants to choose reasonable process based on practical situations.
