摘要
H酸生产废水经两级络合萃取,萃取出水经蒸发系统回收硫酸钠固体,处理后出水达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准要求;反萃液经过蒸发浓缩制备减水剂,产品各项指标达到GB 8076—2008《混凝土外加剂》高效减水剂指标要求。
Wastewater from H acid production was treated by two stage complexation extraction, and the sodium sulfate in the effluent water was reclaimed in vaporization system. Through the treatment, the effluent water quality could meet the discharge requirement of grade 1 in GB 8978—1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard. The strip liquor was concentrated through evaporation so as to prepare water reducing agent,and all the indexes of the agent met the requirement of superplasticizer in GB 8076—2008 Concrete Admixture.
