摘要 采用光照培养箱培养及紫外可见分光光度法,研究了不同浓度(50~200μmol·L-1)Cu^(2+)单独污染对藜麦幼苗体内可溶性蛋白的含量、SOD酶及过氧化氢酶的活性及其他生理特征的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的Cu^(2+)对藜麦的可溶性蛋白含量、丙二醛含量以及叶片的相对电导率伴随着Cu^(2+)浓度的增加而增加;SOD酶及过氧化氢酶活性在随着Cu^(2+)浓度的增加而增加。在含有200μmol/l Cu^(2+)的环境下藜麦可以生存,但藜麦体内的保护系统受到一定程度的破坏,然而在低浓度时,Cu^(2+)对藜麦的生长有一定的促进作用。 This article using the light incubator to cultivate and atomic absorption spectrophotometry,different concentrations of copper ion was studied after pollution quinoa seedlings in soluble protein content,superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase activity and other physical characteristics. The results show that:dif-ferent concentrations of copper ion of quinoa soluble protein content,malondialdehyde content and relativeelectrical conductivity increased with the increasing of the concentration of cupric ions. Superoxide dismutase and catalase activity also increased with the increasing of concentration of Cu^(2+). So quinoa underthe environment of containing the highest concentration of copper ion can survive,but protection systemin the body of the quinoa by a certain degree is damaged,but in low concentration,the growth of quinoa has a certain role in promoting.
