海洋头足类人工养殖产业浅析

Analysis on the Artificial Breeding Industry of Marine Cephalopod

海洋头足类人工养殖具有潜在的推广价值和经济效益,但也面临着诸多瓶颈。该文回顾了海洋头足类养殖业发展的历史和现状,总结了头足类养殖的理论与关键技术,发现有限的头足类亲体和苗种来源和日益恶化的养殖环境是制约头足类养殖业发展的主要因素,目前当务之急是加强海洋头足类人工养殖产业的宏观调控力度,投入大量资金和人力建立遗传育种场所,稳步发展头足类育苗业,集中攻关培育抗逆、适应高密度工厂化养殖的头足类优良品种,加强头足类养殖新品种的引进、驯化和推广;综合水源、水质和底质等因素,提高池塘抗病相关设施标准,做好头足类疾病防治,加强产业的科学管理,推进规模化、产业化经营进程;同时,建立头足类交易平台,促进头足类加工与贸易,延伸头足类产品加工产业链,带动海水头足类养殖业整体发展。

Marine cephalopod has potential promotion value and economic benefit,but it also faces many problems. This article reviewed the history of marine cephalopods production development and the status,summed up the theory and key technology of cephalopods breeding. It is found that the limited origin of cephalopods parents and seedings and the deteriorating environment are the main limiting factors restricting the development of cephalopod breeding. At present,the urgent task is to strengthen the macro-control ofmarine cephalopod farming industry,invest a lot of money and manpower to build genetic and breedingsites,develop the cephalopod seedling industry,concentrate research on cultivating technique to adapt to thehigh density good cephalopod species of factory farming,strengthen the cephalopod introduction,domestication and the promotion of new varieties. Comprehensive factors such as water,water quality and bottom sediment,pond disease-resistant facilities standards will contribute the cephalopod disease control and prevention,strengthen the scientific management of industry,promote the scale,industrialization process. At thesame time,a cephalopod trading platform is to establish to promote the processing and trade of cephalopod,and to expand the processing industry chain of cephalopod,which will promote the whole development ofthe marine cephalopod breeding industry.
