摘要
基于液晶显示器(LCD)有厚度薄、高输出功率密度、开关损耗低等特点,通过采用变频控制下的双谐振LLC变换器,对谐振网络参数进行优化设计,避免了由谐振参数不一致引起的功率分配不均匀的问题。通过基波分析法对变换器进行建模分析,推导了电压增益特性方程,根据变换器的谐振特性及实际要求对整个谐振网络参数进行优化设计。通过在实验室中进行一台120 W原理样机的搭建,经过调试工作,完成了优化设计的实验验证。
Based on liquid crystal display(LCD)with thin thickness,high power density,low switching loss,through the adoption of frequency conversion under the control of double resonant LLC converter,the resonant network parameters optimization design,to avoid the resonance parameters by the problems caused by the inconsistent. Analysis of converter modeling using harmonic analysis method,the voltage gain characteristic equation is deduced,a detailed analysis of the characteristics of resonant converter,according to the optimized design of the converter resonant network parameters of the actual requirements. Set up a 120 W prototype in the laboratory. Through debugging,optimized design of experiment.
