摘要
提出了一种干式离合器自动控制策略.针对AMT系统离合器起步过程开展车辆动力学分析,将车辆当作质点研究起步过程车轮的受力情况以及力学变化趋势,其次研究不同温度下离合器操纵系统特性,最终提出基于模糊规则的干式离合器起步控制策略并进行实车试验,试验结果表明控制策略的正确性和有效性.
A dry clutch automatic control strategy is presented. The vehicle dynamics analysis was carried out for the starting process of the AMT system. The vehicle is regarded as a quality point to study the stress situation of the wheel and the trend of mechanical change. Secondly,the characteristics of clutch control system under different temperature are studied. Finally,a dry clutch starting control strategy based on fuzzy rules is proposed and the test results show that the control strategy is correct and effective.
